This machine will rewind and perforate the jumbo roll ( raw material ) to produce kitchen towel and toilet paper roll,paper towel, the machine can with glue lamination unit, color printing unit, perfume unit etc, to produce different kinds pattern toilet paper and kitchen towel, very fluffly and looks good. 

 

1) Adopt PLC control system, easy to operate,synchronous frequency conversion drive.

2)  When the paper tube core unit cannot detect the paper tube core the paper tube core is depleted, the machine will issue an alarm to tell the operator worker to put the paper tube core on the core bracket.

3)  The tightness of the winding is adjustable, it can produce paper rolls with different tightness.

4)  When the previous paper log is under winding, the next paper core is ready.

5)  When the finished log come to tail sealer, trimming, glue spraying sealing can be finished at the same time.

6)  Full embossing unit gluing lamination unit, side embossing unit, need to be ordered by the customer.

 

 

 

When the finished kitchen towel and toilet paper log  from above kitchen towel making machine, it will be transfer the band saw machine automatically. The machine can set the cutting parameter length and dia,it is easy cooperate on touching screen, there is automatic feeding function and connect the kitchen towel making machine and kitchen towel cutting machine.

 

This paper tissue packing machine is used pack single toilet paper/single kitchen towel  into bag, it can pack 4 -48 rolls/bag, 2-16 kitchen towel/bag. there are conveyor belt unit to connect each machines, to realize the full automatically process of product counting, bag taking, bag filling, bag sealing, high production capacity, easy and fast operation. it will be full production line with higher production efficiency.
