After the production, you can choose the your shipping agent to arrange delivery, or we can help to booking space by our agent for your shipment.

3, Machines Installation and Commissioning

When the machines arrive your plant, we will arrange our technical engineer to install the machines to your company. After the commissioning is completed and the qualified product is produced, the machines will enter the warranty period.

4, Technical Training

Our technical engineers will train to your company's workers on safe operation, precautions and routine maintenance until the skilled operation.We also provide video meeting online for your any technical support.

5, Machine Maintenance

(1), All our machines will have Two years guarantee and we will continue to offer advice and spare parts after this period.

(2), Within two year after receiving our machines, Under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by air-mail or Express immediately FREE OF CHARGE.

(3), After two year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price. If there is something wrong with the machine, We are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.

(4),technical support life time. 7 Days one week support for you if any technical questions or problems about toilet tissue paper making machine.
