Full Automatic Toilet Paper Machines will use jumbo roll material to produce the toilet paper/toilet tissue, the finished products is very popular in our daily and wide using. The machine is full auto type, very easy and fast speed.

1. The machine Production process: unwinding - embossing - (lamination) -perforating - rewinding - edge trimming and glue sealing end.

2. The machine is high-speed and fully automatic, running stably, which can save time and labor cost

3. Finished products shall be automatically finished and glued at the same time.

4. You can change the raw material of the paper core, just pull out the roll core before rewinding.

5. Jumbo rolls left and right adjusting by motor

6. Paper tension is controlled by individual frequency converter and adjust on touching screen.

7. Each Unit is Individual frequency converter control,independent motor driving

8. The perforating distance is adjustable from 90-180mm(4 knife) or 180-300mm (2 knife)
