Automatic Toilet Paper Making Machine

Automatic Toilet Paper Making Machine will used to produce paper tissue products, like toilet paper/kitchen towel/maxi roll. The machine will change the roll core and replace the roll core Automatically. After rewinding the paper tissue log, the paper towel is automatically pushed out to next step operation.

1. The finished proucts will be pushed out by robot arm automatically. The diameter of the finished roller is 90-280mm.

2.The traditional paper roll sealing is updated to facilitate paper pulling out and reduce paper waste

3. When paper broken, the machine will stop automatically.

4. Two jumbo roll shaft can bear 1-1.5 t jumbo roll without going bend, which can guarantee the parallel of the paper core

5. It can work together with color printing and rewinding machine or glue laminating unit to produce kitchen towel

6.Embossment roller and the knife roller all use the Japan(NSK) bearing,the remaining on other parts can be famous brand.
