Difference between OPP and CPP film

      CPP film has good transparency, high gloss, good stiffness, good moisture resistance, good heat resistance, easy to heat seal and other characteristics. CPP film is printed and bagged for:

1. (composite film) packaging bags for clothing, knitwear and flowers; paper and photo album films; food packaging.

2. (aluminized film) a metallized film that blocks packaging and decoration. After vacuum aluminizing, it can be compounded with BOPP, BOPA and other substrates for high-grade packaging of tea, fried crispy food, biscuits and so on.

3. (cooking film) CPP has excellent heat resistance. Because the softening point of PP is about 140 ℃, this kind of film can be used in hot filling, cooking bag, aseptic packaging and other fields. In addition, it has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and grease resistance, making it the preferred material in the field of bread packaging or laminating materials. It is safe to contact with food, has excellent demonstration performance, and will not affect the flavor of the food. Different grades of resins can be selected to obtain the required characteristics.

4. (functional film, also known as special film) potential uses include: food packaging, candy packaging (twisted conjunctival film), drug packaging (infusion bag), replacing PVC, synthetic paper, self-adhesive tape, business card folder, ring folder and standing bag composite materials in the fields of photo album, folder and document.
