Paper Roll Converting Machine

Toilet paper roll converting machine is the main machine of the toilet paper roll production line. Mainly used to rewind large parent rolls into two-layer or three-layer toilet paper.

This machine is suitable for large-axis paper with different working widths. It has the functions of rewinding, perforating, trimming, cutting, and sealing.

1.After rewinding and forming, the system is automatically sent out, and the finished product can be sent out smoothly by using the technology of robotic arm pushing material.

2.It adopts forward and backward jog and pulls the base paper, which is easy to operate, safe and practical.

3. Pneumatically adjust the winding tightness of the finished product to keep the diameter of the finished product consistent, and the tightness can be adjusted at will.

4.The coreless paper roll forming and rewinding system has changed the traditional core-pulling and rewinding process to achieve a solid effect.
