Precision cutting system ensures accurate log diameter control with user-friendly operation.

High-precision perforation system guarantees consistent pitch and stable performance, with adjustable sheet length.

Each unwinding unit features an automatic tension control system for smooth and stable paper feeding.

Controlled by Siemens PLC with a large HMI screen, integrating optical, electrical, and mechanical technologies.

Optional configurations include embossing units, lamination systems, and automatic core feeding devices.

Adjustable rewinding tightness allows production of rolls with different firmness levels to meet market needs.

Continuous operation design: while one log is being rewound, the next core is automatically prepared.

Upon completion, processes such as tail sealing, trimming, and glue application are completed simultaneously for higher efficiency.

Optional units such as full embossing, glue lamination, and edge embossing can be added upon customer request.

All machines are covered by a 2-year warranty. During this period, any damaged spare parts will be replaced free of charge. After the warranty expires, we will continue to follow up on your machine performance and provide ongoing technical support and quality assistance.

If on-site service is required, our engineers can be arranged to visit your factory for installation, maintenance, or repair. In this case, the buyer shall cover the round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals, and a service fee of USD 120 per engineer per day, in line with industry standards.
Our engineers will also provide on-site training, ensuring your team can quickly and effectively operate the machine.

Our engineering team is available online at all times to assist with any issues during production, ensuring timely troubleshooting and continuous operation.
