Automatic Toilet Tissue Production Line

Processing flow:
Jumbo roll feeding → Embossing → (Lamination optional) → Perforation → Rewinding → Edge cutting and tail sealing

Designed for high-speed operation with a fully automated system, ensuring reliable performance while reducing manpower requirements and production time.

The finished rolls are automatically formed and sealed during the rewinding process.

Core replacement is simple and convenient-just remove the core shaft before rewinding.

Jumbo roll alignment can be adjusted on both sides through motorized control.

Web tension is independently regulated by frequency inverters and can be adjusted via the touch panel.

Each section is powered by a separate motor with individual inverter control for precise operation.
