Production Introduction

This V Fold Hand Towel Machine is used for the production of V-shaped folding towels, and can be produce facial tissue products on the same one machine, is a dual-function machine.

1.We can make it in 4 lines, 5 lines, 6 lines, 7 lines, 8 lines, 10 lines etc. depends on the requests for production capacity

2.The machine has equipped with two sets steel to steel embossing units for hand towel,also can be equipped with edge embossing for facial tissue.

3.Embossing patterns for your choice, and you may also give us your own patterns to make the embosser.

4.Working Procedure: Unwinding → Lamination → cutting → interfolding → output

5.Equipped with glue lamination system unit, which included with two sets big embossing unit.

6. Independent motor control of gluing: automatically stir gluing after shutdown to avoid drying of the glue and make the product hard.

7. Glue will stick to the convex pressing surface to form a closure between the two steel rollers.

8. Control the amount of glue applied on the paper surface by adjusting and controlling the amount of glue applied on the paper surface.

9. The effect of scraping and gluing is better than that of rolling glue.
