Working Principle 

The pressure screen adopts the upward flow structure design of the bottom feed slurry, the bottom discharge heavy slag, and the top discharge light slag, which effectively solves the above problems. The light impurities and the air in the slurry naturally rise to the top slag discharge, and the heavy impurities can settle to the bottom as soon as they enter the body. Thus, on the one hand, the residence time of the impurities in the sieve zone is effectively shortened, the possibility of impurity circulation is reduced, the screening efficiency is improved, and on the other hand, the damage of the heavy impurities to the rotor and the sieve drum is prevented, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.


Structural Performance

1. Screen drum: sieve drum with a sieve width of H0.15mm, using the water jet cutting technology to groove on the 8mm thick steel plate to form excellent round holes and burr-free slots, not like mechanical washing grooves. Stress and groove cracks are generated. A hard grading process is available to improve wear resistance.

2. Rotor rotor: 3-4 rotors are installed on the semi-finished rotor. After assembly, the balance is strictly corrected. It is the rotor that does not vibrate when rotating at high speed. The rotor is mounted on the main shaft, and the rotor is mounted on the rotor through a screw. The clearance between the rotor and the screen drum can be adjusted. The coarse screen rotor adopts a drum-type external rotor structure and corrects the dynamic balance. This structure prevents impurities from being wound around the rotor and affects the normal operation of the equipment.

3. Shell: It consists of an upper cover and a cylinder. The lower part of the cylinder is provided with a tangential feed pipe. The middle part of the cylinder is provided with a slurry discharging pipe, and the upper cover is provided with a slag discharging port and a flushing water opening.

Maintenance

In the application process, the pressure of the process water, calcium and magnesium hardness, PH value, electrical conductivity, total alkalinity, temperature and other factors cause scaling, resulting in the following hazards:

1. Increase the number of unplanned downtimes, causing production interruptions and affecting the production efficiency of the unit. Downtime cleaning, increased maintenance costs and additional labor load;

2. cause paper disease and affect product quality;

3. Increase chemical consumption and pollution load;

4. Cause production accidents and reduce equipment life;

5. Increase energy consumption.

The traditional repair methods include shutdown chemical cleaning, shutdown high pressure water cleaning, addition of scale inhibitor, manual mechanical cleaning, shutdown removal and replacement, etc., but it is time consuming and laborious, and the repair effect is not satisfactory. In response to the above problems, foreign advanced maintenance methods are often solved using an electronic descaler.
